These terms apply to the LUMA TV apps, the dashboard and the server behind them, operated by . By using LUMA TV you accept them.

What LUMA TV is

LUMA TV is a media player. It plays playlists that you add from a provider of your choice. LUMA TV does not include, sell, host or recommend any channels, movies, series or playlists, and has no relationship with any provider.

Your content and your responsibility

  • Add only playlists and streams you have the right to watch. You are responsible for the sources you add and for complying with the laws and the provider's terms that apply to you.
  • Do not use LUMA TV to access content without the rightsholder's permission, to share credentials you may not share, or to get around a provider's restrictions.
  • We may remove a playlist or suspend an account that is used against these terms or the law, or when a rightsholder or authority asks us to.

Accounts

  • A guest account is created when you link a TV; a cloud account needs a name, email and password. Keep your password and parental PIN to yourself.
  • You can delete your account at any time in the dashboard. See Delete account.

Plans

LUMA TV has a Free plan and a Luma+ plan. A new account may include a Luma+ trial. Plans are granted by LUMA or by an authorised reseller, whose own terms then apply to payment. The features and the number of TVs of each plan are shown in the dashboard and may change; we will tell you before a change reduces what you have.

Availability

We work to keep LUMA TV running, but we provide it as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or compatible with every provider or TV. Whether a stream plays depends on your provider and your connection.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost data or content, or for anything your provider streams or fails to stream. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Ending

You may stop using LUMA TV and delete your account at any time. We may end the service with reasonable notice, or immediately for serious breaches of these terms.
